READ DESCRIPTION DAMMIT PLEASE!! okay, this is the recently updated Rugal_E. Benimarucollider says he's bullshit, respectfully I disagree; He's got few bullshitty aspects IN MY OPINION but other than that, he's not that bad. MY issues: -Power charges kinda quick while walking. -Flame Geyser alpha Counters hit at ANY part of the screen (IN MY OPINION, they're better off as melee attacks only) -Flame Geyser Alpha countering into a Gigantic Press (god press?) is pretty cheap tactic, in my OPINION- as the counters are virtually unblockable. that and the fact he's set at the level 7 (AKA The No Mercy rape-your-ass-Professionally) AI at default. (That's not really a cheap aspect, but a good invitation to being called cheap by dumbass MUGENites and leechers.) but that's it, and I still like to play Rugal_E: if it weren't for my dead headset, then I'd have Rugal_E vs DBZ 3 uploaded before this. (The Maryrugal Soundpack isn't compatible with this version) speaking of max-level AIs, Zangief was the only character I stood a solid chance against Rugal_E, but he can still kick my ass even WITH the hyper armor. This has to be my most infuriating fight since misuzu_M vs Cheap boss type: It took me around 20 tries to beat him- not including the 16 OTHER attempts with silent storm and elque. thank god the F1 key kept me entertained, otherwise I would have lost my sanity by the 11th match.
