Zoe: (trying not to sound mad) Can I help you? Joe: Erm, Mara said you have my phone... Zoe: Oh. It must be in my room then. Come in. (starts walking to her room) Joe: (follows her) Zoe: (starts looking through her bag) It's probably in here somewhere... Joe: (moving over until he's right next to her) Want some help? Zoe: (looks at him) Joe: (feels himself getting lost in her eyes and for gets about everything else, starts to move closer to her) Zoe: (looks away) Joe, stop it. Joe: What? Zoe: (glaring at him) I saw you with Chloe. Joe: That was nothing! Zoe: (quietly) If that was nothing I'd hate to know what something is. Joe: Don't even think that! (holds up left hand and points to the ring) Do you see that? It's a purity ring. Zoe: Oh okay. Sorry. Joe: Chloe kissed ME! I got away as fast as I could! Zoe: (slightly sarcastic) Riiight. Joe: Zoe, please! Zoe: (looks at him) What? Joe: (leans in and kisses her deeply) They both pull apart at the same time. Joe: THAT was something. Sydney: (walks in) Hey Zoe... J&Z: (step quickly away from each other) Sydney: Oooh. I'm leavin' Zoe: No, it's fine. Joe: (kinda randomly) Hey, I found it! (picks up a phone off the bed) Sydney: Are you a Jonas? Joe: Yeah. Kevin's my brother. Sydney: So are you just gonna stay? Zoe: Yes. He is. Sydney: (smiles) Okay. I'll leave now. (goes back to the kitchen) Joe: So where is Mara? Zoe: She's at our dad's with our other sister Chey. Joe: You live here?j Zoe: With SYdney. It's a long story. Joe: I've got time. *with Chey and Mara* Mara: Dad, we're leaving now! Mr. Jorden: Make sure Zinny gets you home on time. Chey: (to Mara) Who's Zinny? Mara: He ment Zoe. Chey: Then why'd he say Zinny? Mara: (sighs and starts walking towards Sydney and Zoe's house) She was Zoe's mom. Chey: Oooh! * a car honks at them and pulls over to the curb* ???: Want a ride? *The long story Zoe tells Joe* James Jorden, their dad, had gotten married to his first wife, Shelli, when they were both 18. Shelli got pregnant and had a baby girl, Sydney. There had been complications and Shelli died. James didn't know how to take care of a baby so he married Zinny and then they had Zoe. When Sydney was 4 and Zoe was 2, Zinny and James went rock climbing. Zinny's line broke and she fell to her death. James got married to Mary afterwards. 2 years later, Mary gave birth to Mara. Then Mary got in a fatal car crash. James married his current wife, Carrie and they have one child, Cheyanne, or Chey. Carrie adopted Mara but refused to have anything to do with Sydney or Zoe so the two sisters live by themselves. **Wow, that IS complicated. So is everything alright with Joe and Zoe now? But more importantly, who is trying to give Mara and Chey a lift??**
