Iaido Lesson Sword Spin Basics 2 Versions

This is a basic sword spin. this is often in Haedong Kumdo 해동 검도 and some japanese iaido. I don't use this much in my practice that much due to arthitis in my fingers and thumbs, but i noticed some people are interested in the spinning. hey it does look cool. so these are the two basic versions i know. enjoy and please practice safely at all times.
