The Doctor joins forces with an old enemy....................and rules the galaxy. Written by Kaichi Kamiya and James Fletcher, Audio, video and special effects co-ordinator: Stuart Pearce, Editor and Production manager: Emma Collins. Based on stories by Kaichi Kamiya, (age 9) Filmed on location in Japan, Ted's Pera Pera English School This project started as a educational (non-profit) English language puppet project which rapidly got wildly out of control. All rights reserved; no part of this film may be reproduced or transmitted by any means unless you really really want to (but let's face it who would really want to anyway!) but if you do please get permission from Kamiya Productions.
