Georgia - Israel War Lobbying Quest for Pearl Harbor

Israel has been supplying arms and training to the Georgian armed forces at the door step of Russia, why? Israel wants war with Russia? I don't think the Jews are that stupid. Then why they are trying so hard to poke Russia in their eyes? The only answer that I can come up with was Israel wants to engineer a bigger "Pearl Harbor" to influent American public to support the neo-cons war mongering policies.
