Chapter 9 Nick's POV I took Maddie out of there as fast as I could, bastards! what fucking bastards! I can't believe...actually I could believe it, why did I even give her the address? "I'm really sorry Maddie," I said as we stood outside, she didn't say anything and she was shaking, I looked down to her stomach and saw that she was bleeding, crap! I pulled out some wipes I had bought to clean my cut as it was starting to get infected, I walked over to her and bent down, she flinched and backed away, "no it's okay, I'm just cleaning your cut," I said and pulled her back toward me, she shivered when I touched the wipe to her skin, "ouch! it's stings!" she whimpered I realized she still didn't have any clothes on, so I pulled my blazer off and put it around her shoulders, I wiped the cut more and saw the initials JJ, I shook my head with disgust, "I really am sorry you had to go through that, I should have warned you better," I said again and she looked down at me, "Why are you being nice to me," she said, as usual I was hurt, but I just ignored her and stood up, "come on I better take you home," I said and pulled her school uniform back out of her bag, "and put this on," I added, she took and put it on, she turned to look at me, "thanks for coming when you did, god knows what he would have done next..." I cut her off, "you mean he didn't have sex with you?!" I said abruptly, she looked shocked at my reaction, "erm yeah, why?" she said as I started to pull her home as quickly as I could, "because he's probably not gonna rest until he does," I said and she looked over at me panicking, "what! how do you know!" she said and I looked down at her bleeding stomach, "he's marked you," I whispered, she looked down and I saw her mouth the words Joe Jonas, "Oh my god! please help!" she pleaded, I stopped her by the shoulders and turned her to face me, "they hurt you don't they?" she said suddenly looking at the cut on the side of my face, I looked away, "just go home, stay as far away from him as possible, he shouldn't know where you live," she nodded weakly, "oh and don't tell anyone about all this," I added in almost a whisper, she nodded and hugged me, "thank you!" she said and walked ahead, I sighed and headed back to school. Alexis POV I looked at the clock, 12:45, this was so boring, what was the point of school- even lunch, I tapped my foot impatiently as I waited for this day to end. I suddenly jumped as someone tapped me on the shoulder, "hey biatch!" I turned around and let a yell of surprise, "Alana! I thought you weren't coming in today!" I said hugging her, she shrugged, "life's a bitch!" she simply said, I looked at her and smiled, "you got caught?" I said smirking, she laughed, "I got caught!" she repeated and I burst out laughing, "well there's a first for everything!" I said, she shrugged again, "so what's new?" she said as we walked out of the cafeteria, "not much, there's this new girl that the boys are going crazy after," I grimaced, she raised her eyebrows, "oooh! fresh meat!" she said rubbing her hands together, I laughed, "I've already heard she's got Nick after her," I said and she stopped, "oh no she doesn't! he's ours!" she said with a look of fury on her face, "what are you going to do about it?"
