how to rip videos/songs from Youtube without installing a program

Sorry for the crappy quality.Yea keep in mind this is without the use of an installed program to rip the video. And it is alot faster if you find a website that allows you to rip the video via url. But the good thing about this technique is that if you do it correctly it works 100 percent of the time.This works on internet explorer and safari but im not sure if it works on firefox. Prolly does but try it. This method may not work if you are tryin to edit the wmv file or just veiwing the file on your computer sorry.This pretty much works only if ur goin to put the vid or song on a portable media device like ipod or zune Heres the converter http://convert.viloader.net/
