This outtake is a good example of great stuff found on Dylan bootlegs. I've never been able to keep from laughing when I hear Richard and Bobby cutting up. Just hearing Bobby's laughter makes me smile four decades later. ;) Dylan anti-fans who post that he's nothing if not arrogant, hostile, reclusive, rude (or even mentally ill!) ought to be required to dig a bit before making public their inaccurate presumptions. That isn't Allen Ginsberg. It's Richard Manuel of the Band. This is from the unedited Basement Tapes.
